At this time, program details are still in development. The PA CDFI Network is currently working with the PA Department of Economic and Community Development in support of program implementation. The Progress Fund is expecting to post the application guidelines on Thursday, June 25. We understand the application window might open as early as Wednesday, June 30.

A PA Small Business Grants website is now available, through which businesses can learn more about the program and the CDFI’s deploying the grants. Applications are not yet being accepted.
