As of Thursday, June 11: Today, the Department of Community & Economic Development released program guidelines.  This was part of the public information process.  These DCED guidelines are for the CDFI’s only but do outline eligibility parameters for businesses who will apply. The small business guidelines and application will be released at a later date.  Please check back
